Terms and Conditions: For those appointments cancelled with less than two full working days’ notice, a fee of half the cost of the missed appointment will be charged. When no notice is given, the full cost of the booked treatment will apply.

Clients choosing to pay upfront for multiple treatments are eligible for certain course discounts: these discounts only apply to a course of treatments when the course is paid for in advance and is held “on account” for that specific client and are not transferrable to any other client.
